Today, a new leadership blog I named Leadership Ahoy! has started! The name was chosen out of several reasons: some obvious word play to begin with, but also the idea that we all need to keep a look out for leadership and leadership development. Where to look for that if not in a leadership blog? At Leadership Ahoy!, our posts and pages will primarily revolve around leadership, management and business. We will be able to discuss and read about everything from how to run a meeting, how to dissect employee engagement survey results, body language, cash flow and everything in between. I aim to create a discussion platform where a healthy debate on leadership can take place and new contacts be made. By constantly exposing myself to new leadership ideas, I can continue to develop myself and my leadership skills further. I have a great passion for leadership, and I am looking forward to sharing some of my experience and thoughts on the topic with you in this leadership blog.
